HubKey Real Estate is a small property management and real estate company in downtown Philadelphia.

Mike, HubKey’s founder, has an audacious vision: to simplify Philly real estate and property management so people can turn their investments into a source of dependable income that allows them to spend more time with the people they love. 

HubKey needed a new website that captured the attention of prospective customers and explained the value of its services in a clear, compelling way.

The project began by creating a brand voice kit that simplified the complexities of HubKey’s business model into a consistent message that HubKey’s audiences could understand—and act on. 

Then I worked with Mike on website design that brought his unique brand voice to life in a fresh, modern, search-engine-optimized design. 

The result is a site that has nearly doubled HubKey’s organic search traffic and online leads in less than three months.
