Twin Oak Builders is a startup-phase custom home builder and renovator serving Central Maryland.
Twin Oak’s team reached out to me with a very common problem: They inherited an old DIY website that reflected an outdated brand—and they felt totally overwhelmed by the task of bringing it up to date.
As with all Kramer Creative projects, I began by asking questions—lots of them—about who Twin Oak was trying to reach, and how to tell the story of their brand in a way that would entice their target audience.
Then, working off that brand voice, we worked together on a site that looked and sounded like them.
